Good Montage Song and Good editor? by OriginaI May 12, 2015 at 1:05 AM UTC

Sorry for the many post like this, but anybody know any underused montage songs with a upbeat and a good free editor?

Search up chillstep mixes, that's what I usually do.

^ NCS works great for montages. I know this might sound dumb, but windows movie maker works fine for simple montages and edits (i think its only available for windows)

If you're looking for underused songs, it's best to look at smaller EDM promoters on YouTube.

For a good, free editor, I'd strongly recommend using Camtasia Studio 8. It has a 30-day free trial, which can be overcome using this, and is really easy to use along with being very effective ^-^

I used movie maker, and I get my songs from a load of different locations. Movie maker is nooby though D:

Look for Trap Nation or Trap City. They might have a song you like there.

No offense but Tobu music is really bad and overused, plus a bunch of MCSG people just use that in their montages, so I wouldn't recommend Tobu for montage music.

For a good, free editor, I'd strongly recommend using Camtasia Studio 8. It has a 30-day free trial, which can be overcome using this, and is really easy to use along with being very effective ^-^
Whenever I try launching Camtasia it just crashes. :/

Just use Windows Movie Maker. As for the music, use songs you enjoy listening to. Getting good clips and timing them correctly is far more important than the music though.
