I always see on servers when I go to their staff list the rank Ref.But I don't know what it means, can someone tell me what the Rank Ref means?
Is it like a extra rank for MVP players or is it for something else, just tell me it.

The word 'Ref' is shortened for 'Referee', and a referee is someone who will be watching over the tournament and the teams whilst being unable to play in it themselves.EDIT: Ninja'd x2.

It's possible that you could put referee experience on your staff application, but it must still get accepted and you must still pass the interview like anyone else.

Unless they are demoted or step down, they will stay a referee. (Correct me if I am wrong)
