Help, I was playing a match and when it finished, in the chat appeared "The Alpha Crate was reward to Programezed" or something like that, can anyone help me?

Crates which contain some items.
Unfortunately, you literally can't do anything (aka sell them for credits) with them. Only thing you can do is spend money to open them

To add onto what Porky said after you open the crates you get lottery tickets where you can win prizes & ranks :P
Recommend buying keys when you have 5 of a certain amount of crates.
