Where does my money go?
Any money directed towards The Avicus Network will primarly go towards the costs to maintain and run the servers. In addition to server costs, money may also go towards giveaways as well as developers whom make the server possible. By purchasing anything from Avicus you are helping us keep the servers up and running!
What can I pay with?
We give you the freedom to choose between Stripe and PayPal for your payment method. Both accept all major credit card and debit card types: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club. We also accept gift and prepaid cards of these types. If you have any questions regarding transactions, contact us.
I didn't get my rank!
If you have waited more than 1 hour, the payment has gone through, and you haven't received your rank or other purchased items, it is likely there was an issue handling your payment. Be sure to contact us via the support page if you are in this situation and we'll be sure to sort it out as soon as possible.
Can I transfer my rank to a different account?
Ranks purchased are strictly not transferrable, unless you are switching to a new Minecraft account. You may not move your rank from one Minecraft account to another unless you own both accounts.
I already have a rank and would like to upgrade!
We do not allow upgrading to ranks, but you are welcome to purchase a second rank and have both active on your account.
