So whatever server I join, everything looks like this..
Any one know how to fix?

Is your screen showing this for a long period of time, or only when you join a lobby / game?

The only thing you can do is relogging

every time i move my mouse it changes back for about 0.5 of a second then goes back to it.
It happens when I am ingame too

Give me a second, there's a setting that does this to me, let me find it

EDIT: Try  turning on/off VBO's

Happens to me a lot of times... Every time i made my RD more than 5, it'd do that. Try turning VBO on/off

It's 1.8. Turn down your render distance and your fine(I have same problem with normal+ render distance)
