Do you use Optifine? If not, use it.

Turn VBO's off if you are in 1.8

Jahaj April 13, 2015 at 11:04 PM UTC

Optifine, VBO's, render distance, lots of things you can do. I recommend Optifine though.

Did you try tweaking the settings?

Play in mini-screen. It will multiply your FPS by 2-3 times.
Also common sense, like turn off particles, have graphics on fast, don't have your render distance on high, etc. And don't use high res packs.

Yea

Use the Cherry adapter

Where you can find Cherry Adapter: www.CherryMXSwitches.org/CherryAdapter/Buy
This is a basic program that boosts your CPU clock by 1000MHz (1GHz). If you run on a laptop, this will be especially useful. Here are my settings:
CherryGHZ: 4.0
CherryBOOST: 4.4
Usage: GAMING
Laptop: FALSE
Desktop: TRUE
Mac: FALSE
GPUClock: 1024MHz

Alright, lets go through some system requirements. Must have a processor the runs less than 3.4GHz, and can be boosted 400MHz above its base clock. If that is complete, you're in business. Alright, now you need 2 USB2.0 ports. 1 is to Bring out CPU & GPU information and the second is to Send in CPU & GPU information.
You can download the cracked for free here: www.CherryMXSwitches.org/CherryAdapter/Download/FreeTrial_5_Years.exe

Note: This program can disable CPU cores, and boost your other cores to perform better.
1 Thread on 1 core, If you have 2 cores, 1 one core will be disabled and the second will be boosted to 2 threads. Read more here: www.CherryMXSwitches.org/CherryAdapter/UserManual/Chapter_5

While using this, I get an average of 400 FPS boost, so I can actually recording using the Potato Adapter.

Yes I have optifine, I need to turn of vbo of but I still can't surpass 30fps, would a 2by2 texture pack help if so can you give me one?

using a RP lower than 16x16 will not increase your fps.

Although this will definitely work, it's important to be very careful when using overclocking programs of any kind.  Keep your computer very cool, don't let it rest on anything fabric (if a laptop).  Keep on the lookout for abnormal conditions and if one is met, end the program immediately.  20-30 fps is better than no computer :)

Can confirm, it does.  I used a 2x2 pack when I had the worst computer ever ;D

In all seriousness, you're saying If you play BF4 at Ultra, High doesn't make a difference. You do realize that when you have less pixels to render (Less textures) the less bytes your PC needs to process? When it's a solid color without texture, your PC responds as 1 pixel. You can still use a 512x512 pack, just that you need to make pixels 16x16 or less, (If you get it)
