The is a glitch where sometimes you may spawn with half a inventory or no inventory. This is a quick post on how to fix it!----------------------------------------------------{HOW TO FIX}----------------------------------------------------
Step 1:
Press 'E' on you keyboard and open inventory-
Step 2:
Put you mouse in one of the empty slots-
(My mouse isn't showing but you can see it is where the white slot is!)
Step 3:
Click the slot where your mouse is and then you inventory will 'update' and all your items will appear!
That is it a quick easy way of getting you inventory updated! This also works with a furnace i think not sure i haven't tested but come up to a furnace and click it i does the same job!

Hope it was helpful took about 15 mins to do and i believe the glitch doesn't appear much now but just in case :D

The items are there, they are just invisible. Any changes to an inventory will fix the glitch, not just this way.kycrafft March 8, 2015 at 5:03 PM UTC
Whenever you interact with any item in the hot bar that is invisible, the items will update and appear.StewieFG March 8, 2015 at 5:03 PM UTC
