So Avicus has a nice update and everything is looking good besides a glitch in one of the maps where you fall on a certain place and you get stuck in the air.
Not even 24 hours yet and we already have people saying that "OMG AVICUZ IZ COPYIN OCN!!!111!!!!"
Shut up. Please.
You guys act as if OCN is the original creator of every gamemode. We have CTW, many people wanted it. So do I. Now that we have it, you guys complain? Shut up. Seriously, enough this is bullcrap. The devs, mods, and map devs are trying their hardest to make this a great server and we got people who are saying that Avicus is copying OCN.
I mean like, with SG now we got people who are saying Avicus is copying other servers now. Seriously, this is a game... about blocks...
Other servers have copied other servers. TDM has always been here, CTW was a gamemode back in MCZone, SG is basically a different version of Hunger Games.
Every server has copied something or someone whether inside minecraft or outside minecraft. Seriously, stop.

It doesn't matter if they have the same gamemodes, it depends on who does them better. A lot of things go into play that makes them the same but totally different(maps, amount of people, staff effectiveness, etc)

I would like to assure all of you that AVN bases all of its updates directly on OCN code. We literally have stolen the entire OCN codebase and we copy and paste each line by hand into the Avicus code. Every gamemode that you see actually originated in the brains of members of the OCN staff. Because obviously the goal here is to completely copy OCN.

Does anyone ever considered that the owners of OCN and Avicus are working together? Maybe Apple and Kylo are IRL friends or Apple helps Kylo running avicus and give him ideas and Kylo does the same for Apple? Did you ever considered that???

I can say that I seriously doubt that this is true, but it's a nice thought.
I have a bunch of information from many sources at OCN and at Avicus that would lead me to believe that there are no friendly relations between high-ranking staff members of the respective servers.

Cos it dont feel good to know dat the place you play at blatantly copies I aint sayin avicus does, but to some i guess it'll seem dat way but how you gonna feel if people jus gonna rip on ya server and stuff cos they lik "Oh, you play a knockoff, you ain't a real player" IDK people take this shit personal and stuff and they feel personal bout it

If they were to be allowed to say and do whatever they wanted without backlash then we might as well just make this a crappy anarchy server where you can do anything you want including hacking and being racist...
There's one big difference is we asked for these changes and people moaned about them ! Also the communitys are so diffenrnent for both Avicus and OCN .

well if ocn didn't exist tbh none of the gamemode's would have been used here. Many suggestions to improve nebula came from people who played on ocn; didn't haribo/parapenguin develop dtm? well iirc para always loved ocn and probably made a gamemode like it; so in theory avicus probably wouldnt have ctw and dtm if para didnt ever find ocn x) aka big copy x)

I was simply saying that we do not take it personal. But if we just let ppl say and do what they want all willy nilly then there would be no order and the community will be horrible.
