How do u join the "lottery"?
Every time you open a crate using a key purchased from the shop you will receive one lottery ticket. Enter the ticket into the lottery by clicking on it while it is in your backpack.

 Simply type /redeem while you are on an Avicus server and the reward will be delivered instantly!

Have you redeemed it? I was informed by the first prize winners that it was working. If not I'll look into it soon, it wasn't reported in the traditional fashion exactly.. /redeem as DaFrozenBlaze mentioned.
