Its annoy that when your about to get a kill, someone logs off, of /hubs... Its has happened to me many times, how about you?

That's called combat logging :P

If you catch people doing it then report them. It's against the rules.

If you catch people doing it then report them. It's against the rules.
Unless it's changed you can't report an offline player and since they logged they aren't on. Also since its not really an ongoing offense to the rules its also really easy to get away with. Might be nice if there was some plugin to tell staff a players logoff location to tell if its void logging. Only real way a player can catch someone doing this is by video.
