It's basically a hack that lets you hit anyone around you in a certain radius automatically, with your head appearing to spin around while not actually doing so in first-person point of view. It's bannable, because it gives you a severe advantage over others.
I see a problem. But first let me answer your question. Kill aura is technically forcefield which let's you hit players in a radius around you, even if you don't hit them.
