Missing(?) "Add Friend" Button

I'm still adjusting to this new look on the website. (Looks really cool, but I prefer the older look more.) I'm not sure whether I'm simply not seeing it, but I can't seem to find the "Add Friend" button on any of the different users' profile pages. Is this a bug, or am I just not seeing it. [And yes, I'm logged in.]
