Someone who translates into languages other than English.
For example, if you go to the rules page, you can see that multiple languages are available.

The Translators did that :)

Uh we translate Avicus related content from English to the language we got picked to translate as. In my case, I'd translate Avicus related content from English to Spanish.

If you saw it in ts as a staff rank, its a person who translates texts like rules or help while screensharing if they are having a hard time communicating.
If your talking in general its just something that translates text.

It's quite self-explanatory... they convert text from one language to another.
