I'd recommend joining a small team, (you and all the players who are in this situation)
If each player creates its team they will end up with 4 members when the tourney is announced and without the possibility to play it.

The problem I see with many teams,  when they start they can't get anyone because of how small the community is. They eventually disband. Like mentioned above, you should join a smaller team that is growing. As for team names,  I can't really suggest any. I don't know what you like and all.
