Which is fine, but it's a mixture of awesomeness and stupidness that my Timezone is perfect for the 2-4am EST time slot.

Today's staff team are full of new people who have little moderation experience, so a lot of our Moderators today are still learning as they go.
But I say that with two different perspectives.
I viewed the old staff team as a baby-faced junior mod who didn't know anything.
I view today's staff team as someone who's done this three times already with almost 12 months of experience.
So that could have something to do with it.
The old staff team felt more like a family.
But this staff team feels like it's internal communication will get extremely better over the coming weeks and months.
We will see.

Of the 100's of infractions I've dealt, only now has 1 infraction caused a problem.
I've privatised Lunacy's because his appeal is closed
and there's no reason for anyone to watch it apart from 'I'm curious' which isn't a valid reason to keep inactive evidence open in my opinion.
I may get shit for it, but until I get told by a Senior, the videos will stay private.
If you don't like it then tough.
I'm not involved in the appeal process anymore so I'm not keeping tabs on what's happening.

It's literally just 2 videos of suspicious movement that Para and I deemed impossible at the time.
As soon as the seniors took over lunacy's appeal a few weeks back with the hand cam and all that, my involvement with the appeal stopped there.
I'm not really sure why people keep roping me back into it.
I wasn't even involved in the final decision.

He clearly doesn't know what it takes to run a country for 4 years straight.
We were screwed either way with Clinton or Trump. Nobody trusts Clinton and Trump isn't fit to run a country. It will be interesting to see what happens over the next 4 years.
Worst thing about Avicus is probably the community's weirdly high interest in internal staff affairs.
A lot of people think they're entitled to know everything the staff do when in reality, they're not entitled to anything.

Trump being president scares me.
He clearly doesn't know what it takes to run a country for 4 years straight.
