Hi everyone. I recently got admin like 2 weeks ago and I wanted to do an AMA then but decided since my birthday would be in 2 weeks, I would wait until then. So here we are! I'm 15 today (August 16th) so that's pretty cool.

Opinions? You've always been a great friend of mine ever since you joined the staff team. You're always very vocal about issues you see which is in itself a good and a bad thing. Love your memeful convos.

What areas does the server need to focus on the most in your opinion?
Opinions? You've always been someone I admired for your continuous dedication to the server even when things don't go your way. You seem like a great bloke who always finds a way to try help out. Can't wait to see what you do in the future.
Thoughts on the current staff? I think they're alright. They're better in terms of activity but still small issues we need to fix up.
Where would you like the server to be in 6 months? If it was what I want it to be, a good active, quality staff team with strong leadership in the senior staff team. Constant map rotation updates to remove stale gameplay, new advertising to promote the server and hopefully a rising player base. Of course these are aspirations so it's going to require hard work from everyone to make it happen.
What areas does the server need to focus on the most in your opinion? Advertisement has always been a struggle on the server. We had a real opportunity when Cord was head of social media. Finally we had someone who knew what they were doing and we blew it when those who needed to listen most, simply wouldn't.

Opinions on me in general? You're awesome, always manage to put up with my shit, and that is commendable!
How's life? Eh, getting there.
What's good? Well, what is the definition of good? Is it average? Slightly above average? Or is it the normal? I don't want to settle for normal! I don't want to settle for good. I set to stand up and be greater than just good.

I've never really seen or talked to you much so I don't really have one but I do see you active on Discord and I do know there was a lot of controversy regarding your ban.

Opinion (if any)? You did well as a ref and deserved junior mod so congrats on that. I've talked to you briefly and you seem well matured and I wish you good luck on your staff trial and in your future on Avicus.
What should I improve as a staff member? I have nothing yet as you haven't been here long lol.
Fav colour? Blood red.
How would you rate your government from 0 to 10 and why? I would say it's stable. Australia has a tendency of ignoring it's people. For example, marriage equality, we have held several votes which all support equality but our government and those in power still aren't changing anything. But it's doing alright I guess, 6-7?
Opinions as staff? You've been someone I looked up to as you always stood by your opinion and decisions. I always used to think you hated me for no apparent reason but it seems that's changed recently.
Fav body lotion? Banana Boat sunscreen because try last an hour in the Australian summer sun without that bad boy.
Favourite position on the staff team? If you mean favourite rank then I guess being a senior mod was cool. Being admin is a lot more work than I anticipated but it's still manageable. Not saying I would give up my admin position but Senior mod was still my fav position.
Do you like skiing? Only been skiing once and I enjoyed it so yeah, it's alright. We don't have a lot of snow here to all the decent spots are hours south and thats on a plane.

opinion on stratus ? I've never played stratus or ever touched their community.
future of avicus ? It all depends on how well we can execute updates as well as show strong leadership from our senior team. We have potential, all we need to do is use it I guess.
opinions? I've seen you around in Discord and I can gather you're an alright person. Can be slightly immature at times. Apart from that, I don't really know you.
2nd favorite meme? Shadowolfs chances at senior.
favorite staff member? I don't really have favourites. We all work together with 1 goal in mind, help the server. However, if I had to pick who I get along the best with it would be shadowolf (predictable answer/10.) We get along really well with some common interests.
keenan or ALM? ALM has good memes. Not saying Keenan doesn't but Austin's are better.

Opinions? You conduct yourself maturely and get your point across in an efficient yet respective manor. You're a good leader in the map dev team and you do manage to balance so many roles effectively so that says something about your work ethic. Good job.
