Professional LoL player ofc urmum :3 its me m8 bleach me I was the original Berzerk's biggest fan, yall were legends. Vlad's Berzerk is worse than Apollo though I remember the walls bounties you'd place on me, that was funny. Then you got really mad at me over various shit, probably had a lot to do with me becoming friends with michael and such. After that I didn't like you. Lately you seem ok.

The FitnessGram™ Pacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start. The running speed starts slowly, but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal. [beep] A single lap should be completed each time you hear this sound. [ding] Remember to run in a straight line, and run as long as possible. The second time you fail to complete a lap before the sound, your test is over. The test will begin on the word start. On your mark, get ready, start.
Therefore the fitness gram pacer test is about how long you can last now how quickly you can do it. However the quickest I, or anyone can do it is 58 seconds because that is the second time the [ding] sound is heard and therefore if someone failed to complete a lap in the first two [ding]'s their test would be over.
The Fitness gram pacer test is my biggest hobby.
