Hey, so as you all know Avicus will be closing at the end of January. This was definitely something I saw happening, but definitely not this soon. The past four years I have played Avicus I have made many friendships, and lost many. I've seen people come and go. Avicus closing wasn't the greatest Christmas present, as I have spent around 4-5 months total playing this server (on all my accounts).I must say it was extremely fun all the years it lasted. I got more into the community around 2015 and then got banned multiple times. I cared a lot about this server. I donated to all 3 ranks and spent so much time playing. After many attempts, around mid-2017 was when I got my first staff rank. Being apart of the staff team was great, many friends were made in there. I then started making more maps and applied for builder. I got builder, which was cool.
Then I got mod. Woot. Moderating was pretty fun, ngl. Spending around 72 hours every week online to show how I cared. THEN I got thrown out. Like I said before I made many friendships in the staff team, and I appreciate all the mods that helped me, especially with my Jr Mod trial. Also, I was demoted for immature things I did + freezing Keenan (just so you know). This server closing definitely wasn't something I wanted, but I guess it just had to happen eventually.
Overall, being apart of Avicus was an amazing experience. I know a lot of people hate me and find me annoying but I guess the number of elbow complements I gave them wasn't enough. Thanks for the past four years, so I'll guess I'll end this off with an AMA.
