Hello,
I'm PieZ, or Kyle if we are going with formalities and welcome to my yearly AMA thingy. Over the past year I have been promoted to Ref, Official, Slack admin and moderator after retiring for 3-4 months. In real life I have been going to college for Broadcasting Radio where I would probably spend most of my time in the week. I am known as a mentor for certain moderators as well as a very honest person about my opinions, even if they don't seem to match what the server is looking for. kk bye.
You are the best senior (Out of a very inactive team of senior mod team). but your leadership needs some work. I find that when discussing problems with you say with the Map Developers you start blaming others instead of trying to find a solution. Other than that you are a very talented builder of maps as well.
1. People were messaging me to come back because I am usually on when staff are not at a point in the day
2. (This one might be a bit of a bad reason to return) It is no secret that there are people in the staff team that I do not agree with nor can I say I like their character. I do know I have a temper when dealing with people that I do not like. I wanted to improve on my temper while transitioning into the real world where I deal with people I don't like all the time.
What plans do you have for community slack in the future? Cureent thoughts on the mod team? Current thoughts on the senior team? Current thoughts on the administration team. If one of your staff ranks or positions was removed, which one would you want removed? Opinions? Who do you think will be the next seniors?
There were huge reasons why I wanted you on the staff team. Really you were the only Spanish person who was not salty and had the requirements to be a moderator at a time we needed Spanish moderators. You have time and time again proved your leadership skills to me and I have a lot of pride to say I was the one that introduced you to the moderator team.

"What plans do you have for community slack in the future?" If I had it my way I would change it to slack so I can actually give people permissions on it. But with my team of slack admins our plan is to evolve the community slack into different channels for specific topics. Such as sports, fitness, other video games. Really the plan is to make the community slack not stale.
"Cureent thoughts on the mod team?" To be honest the moderator team has been the strongest it has ever been in terms of leadership. Not in numbers though.
"Current thoughts on the senior team?" Too inactive and a lot of moderators can replace them in an instant.
"Current thoughts on the administration team." To be honest I am quiet impressed with them considering a lot of complications I personally had with them on my first time as moderator. Even though I believe they can evolve a lot more, at least we are getting a steady pace.
"If one of your staff ranks or positions was removed, which one would you want removed?" Official. I am doing more work as a slack admin than an official because of one huge thing that is not allowing us to do a stinking tournament.
"Opinions?" Eh, you are a hard worker. I find that you are inexperienced with common practices with being a leader but that will come with experience and failing to be honest.
"Who do you think will be the next seniors?" I hated when people said my username and I didn't get senior moderator so I will not say anyone username but I would say someone people are forgetting when they consider the moderator team.
Opinions on me? Favourite colour? Opinions on the staff team since you've returned?
I think you have grown the most out of all the moderators in terms of leadership and being a good mod. I believe you still have work to be done but it is nice to see an improvement like yourself
Orange
The overall quality of the moderator part of the team is better, now I want to find some quantity to fill in Australia.
Opinions on me as referee? What should I improve as referee? How did you find Avicus?
Haven't seen you really as a referee since I became an official with no tournaments happening and all. Learn from your mistakes is the best thing I can tell you
Someone (Do not remember the username but they claimed to be Gonzo's girlfriend and posted a lot on the forums about it) went into the OCN forums and started declaring war on OCN saying that if both servers went into a DTM match Avicus would win no problem. I laughed, checked out the server and made a inflammatory post on the forums about the idiotic nature of the forums and defenders and left for 3 months until I tried out for competitive part of the server with Immortality and soon Immunity (Now PPB or Team Allah). Senex was the first map I ever played.
You are quite immature at a lot of times but when given a task you can pull through and give maybe a half decent leadership job. I personally do not think we would get along if we were put in the same room for over 3 hours so there's that
Someone that continues to improve his maturity. You can still get very toxic at times and it is just plain annoying to have to deal with you when you are toxic.
If you got Senior Mod, what would be the first thing you'd do? Opinions on me?
Right now I am on the sidelines a bit learning how the senior team does certain activities and soon after when I feel comfortable I will be pitching some ideas out. I would like to see some change on how the staff team works behind the scenes, fix up some organization problems and try to interact with the community more to make the seniors feel that they are not some people high in the mountains that no one can talk to.
I find you can be mature and the voice of reason in some cases and immature in others. What annoys me is that sometimes you do not try to see the other point in arguments are and laugh at time calling them stupid without going into reason why you do not believe it is a bad reason or even knowing why people think this way.
Opinions on me? Opinions on Aussieland? What motivates you as a staff member?
You are someone who I respect a lot in the fact that you can learn from your mistakes and you take information really easily. If you had a harsher mentor you can probably become a stronger leader than me by the time you turn 18.
Never visiting it for reasons I will not say
The motivation to fix things and making it better.
What's one thing you'd like to see improved on Avicus?
Opinion?
Opinion on me as a staff member (when I used to be one)?
"What's one thing you'd like to see improved on Avicus?" Tournament servers being made and fixing up how the staff team is run behind the scenes
"Opinion?" Fine leader that needs just little tweaking
"Opinion on me as a staff member (when I used to be one)?" You had a lot of potential to be a senior moderator of this server with the leadership you possessed as a moderator.
