I noticed the new or maybe few week old plugin called 'warden' and I looked it up and its a anti-cheat plugin sorta of thing, I have never noticed this plugin before but now the block lagggg is unreal and cant ninja bridge for longer than 5 blocks without the blocks disappearing!

What version are you playing in? I used to use 1.11.2 (latest version) and I got the block lag you are talking about, but then a friend told me to switch the 1.8 and it's been fine ever since.

If you use 1.9+ there is a bug where you can block lag depending on your connection. That's a minecraft bug tho not an Avicus thing,
