About Ban...

Ok, so a couple things...
1. I was banned yesterday for 24 hours for arguing with the moderator 99250. Then I came on today to see that my account had been banned forever... It said that I had too many infractions... We'll I bought this account from my friend (who has retired from Minecraft) about 2 months ago, before name changes... I soon realized that he had many infractions... But so now when I get my first or second infraction, I got banned for life... Is that how things work?
2. I've been also promoting the channel on youtube...

So I am not fully onboard here... Am I going to have to spend 30 dollars on a new account because my friend screwed up this one? Any help would be appreciated... (I'd even be ok with a temp ban for some time...)
