my brother's have been bully's for years so they want to say sorry.so they want to make it up with me so they are building a pc for me.would i get 125 fps with this with sonicether's unbelievable shaders mod

60 fps is the max minecraft will take, looks the same otherwise

Unless you have a fancy monitor 60 and 125 will look exactly the same.

Are you seriosly asking if a gtx 980 will get 125 fps with shaders? My friends GTx 660 gets 60fps with that shader, the 980 is more than double that power

With shaders, the most important thing is the gpu. But his processor is also reaaallllly good, and will work without a problem.

But you should even run 150- 250 fps with those specs... My friend has the ones above and he gets 300 fps with these settings (Any shader pack):

Optifine: Yes
Render distance: 16
Graphics: Fancy
FOV: 110
Resource pack resolution (Max to handle standard fps): 512x512

  • CPU: i7 4770k
  • RAM: 8GB DDR3
  • GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 770 Classified
  • Motherboard: ASUS MAXIMUS VI HERO
  • Power: Cooler Master Silent Pro M2 850W
