16x16 PvP Optimised Texture Pack?

I know there are a lot of discussions about texture packs already but I thought I would create for my specific needs. I'll just write a list of requirements and then if anyone has a pack that fits my list please post it below or email me it at
[email protected].
- PvP optimised
- 16x16 size (My laptop is so bad and it's optimal fps is 20 so I can't afford anything that will slow it down!)
- Simple and clean design
- 1.7.9 compatible
