Hey avicus, since my return to minecraft in general, I have realized that on this server, there has been a pretty good increase in skill. Not only in rushing, but in PvP. I was just wondering, what you guys think separates good players from great, is it just skill, their set up, exc. Just would like to know what you guys do to be good.
Having good accuracy, Intelligence in tactics/ways to fight (Straight lining, Reduced - No KB). Having a decent PC with good frames can help in my opinion, as in it's easier to play with.
How many strafing tactics, bridging styles, 8 blocking, jitterclicking, etc.
I personally aint that good with the bridging part, but imo whats makes me great instead of good is how many styles of strafing I have, and how I play. Im not mr perfect, but I have pretty decent cps and I can PvP like a god. What I recommend you do to get better is just play on Kohi. That increases your skill a lot.
I'm just curious to know because some of you guys now are fucking good. Since I'm not good with anything computers, I don't know what 8blocking is. And what's better, higher or lower ping?

And I've always had this question. I have a RazerDeathadder mouse, and I've always wondered how can I program my mouse so I can be blocking and hitting at the same time.

You might not want to do that on Avicus, it isn't allowed. :P
just blockhit =P. 8 blocking is where you hit people for 8 blocks away. I myself have a DeathAdder, and I set the front extra button to slot 3 and the other one slot 8. I recommend you use higher FOV (your choice) and sensitivity. I use about 3200 DPI and 115 sensitivity.
So I can't make it block hit? Sorry I'm not very good with all of this stuff. and how would I set different buttons to their own abilities? Like would I have to go onto the Razer website and do something?

Are you drunk lower fov gives you a bigger target to aim at and having lower sensitivity gives better control.
But I jitterclick so I like to use a really low sensitivity to reduce shaking.

I like higher FOV, makes me feel like Im going faster. Anyways, Im trying to lower a little at a time. I just went from qp to 105. and I lower my FOV for POT (speed 2) from qp to 95, and now 105 to 90. I like to use high sensitivity since my hand doesent go that fast, so I need it. I dont jitter anyways, but if I ever get a mouse where I can get 3200 DPI and then lower to 500 for jitterclicking I ill. But right now I have a deathadder.
step1; set fov to 30 step2( click 2 times a minute and time them exactly when they are away from you step3/ set 10000 DPI with hyperspeed sensitivity step4: get satisfying's client step5@ never ever strafe. It lowers ur chances of getting your aim lost. Straight line, block hit. step6: get stimpy internet step7 left click
