Keyboard reccomendations by BmB November 16, 2015 at 4:11 PM UTC

Wit h PC and monitor chosen i'm looking for a keyboard - mechanical. Done a lot of research so please don't try and give me a lecture on the basics.
I just want to know what switch you prefer, why and what board you have. Reccomend me any keyboard under $100 / £70 pounds cheaper is better for me ;)

Also on a side note if anyone can find me cheap windows i'll lvoe you.

+1 - don't buy anything expensive first of all, it will cost too much but when you can upgrade to a mouse and keyboard you really like!

Add me on Skype, and do me and forget what we said to each other in the past, I'm sick of arguing with people because of my opinion, and I see a nice guy in you. Anyways, back on topic. I can help you with every single detail, all you need is to answer some questions. My skype is SevoMC

Adding on to this, a really damn good combo if you don't have a keyboard and mouse already is the CM Devastator combo for about $30; I've heard that both the keyboard and the mouse are extremely good for that price.

Did you click the first link ffs? Also looking for keyboard recommendations under £80 NOT blue switch, unless a silent version.

CM Storm Quickfire lineup is a pretty darn good one for the price. If I were you I would get that and a wrist rest for Massdrop or something.

They're too much money, also finding them in europe is a pain up the ass.

A 100$ budget is hard to work with. Lucky for you, I just got this email from MassDrop ;D

https://www.massdrop.com/buy/e-element-rgb-keyboard?referer=YXCGFU&mode=guest_open&utm_source=Sailth...

Also, I like Logitech's Romer-Gs the best, but that keyboard is 200$. As for Cherry, I like Blues the best.
I have a CM Storm Devestator keyboard, which is not mechanical.

The keyboard I linked you to has Cherry MC copies, but people say it's a lot better than Kaihl (Razer). It also has a aluminum back plate and more RGB color options than most RGB keyboards out there.
For 100$, you really can't go wrong xd.

Unfortunately the keyboard costs me 20$ in shipping to the UK and i don't like it anyway but thanks for actually consistently recommending me stuff :) What do you think about this?

Both are good, but I would go with the second one. I would honestly pay 25 Euros more for a brand name and Cherry MX. Which is the Cooler Master one.

It was going to be my second recommendation xD.

Yeah i think i've found a board, i just need to see the post and packaging price, finding keyboards in the UK is a right pain.

STILL LOOKING FOR BOARDS!

hasl November 30, 2015 at 6:11 PM UTC

I got it almost half price before you start ranting at me. ^.^
It keys are slightly loud, but still acceptable and extremely clicky. I use all the macro keys (not for pvp don't worry) :P. The colour is a nice feel and works great for me!

Try to get a good deal (under £100).
