I already emailed them already. They gave no help, and didn't listen to me either. They said I had too many infractions, and that was all. Btw, I would appreciate it if you didn't lock more comments so I wouldn't have to create a new discussion...

You can explain everything in the support email.
Also, you can privately contact a Sr. Mod + on Skype to further discuss your situation, if you find that the support email is not helping you.
