Video Editing Programs? by dodgerXyz July 2, 2014 at 6:07 AM UTC

     Hello people of avicus,

I am on the quest to find the best free (or torrented)  video editing program out there! I have just recently gotten back into youtube uploading. I use fraps so the video splits at 4GB and i need a program to put them back together again. Please reply if you are 100% satisfied with your software.

Alright, I'm not encouraging piracy, but it's not free. Although I got it by a video on YouTube, no torrents. I could give you the link.

Well you see, the problem with Windows media player is that once u make the video,  it turns it into a weird file that YouTube won't accept. And then you have to go through another step that takes a long time.

Camtasia has one built in that's pretty good. Although, it does cost money and you need to either buy or find a key which really isn't all too hard.

ummm... what are you talking about??? youtube accepts all files... it accepts .wav, .mp4, e.t.c. ... you don't need to take another big step, all you do is put the files in the application, you mash it up or whatever you need to do and render it in 1080p or 720p... its that easy

I was using wondershare and then it flipped the video and made it look like you were looking into it with a mirror... (As in the sword in your hand was on the right not the left)
