In my room I have a Ethernet cable that comes out of my floor and I want to put a Y splitter on it so I can have another 2 Ethernet cables 1 for my PC and 1 for my Xbox

Get something called a switch. Buy a 5 port. It means you can get 4 extra cables. :P

It came and i opened it and it had a USA POWER PLUG !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and usa doesent fit nz so i cut of the end a soldered a old phone charger on it and ITS GREAT im using my computer ONLINE and i havent done that for 6 months
