Um...help?

Guys any tips on how can i sleep? Cause i drank a soda at 8pm a while ago and it's 10:35 pm which is supposed to be my bed time. Should i stay up longer a bit or...find the best advice here?
I would recommend: Drinking herbal tea. It will soothe your nerves. Relaxing music. Fragrant/nice smelling essences. Listening to nature. Cuddling with something.
Turn off computer, pick up monitor in one hand, pick up computer in the other. Drop them on your head, aaaannnddd your asleep! Guaranteed to work everytime gr8 8/8! Naw but seriously turn off computer lie down, fizzy/soft drinks do NOT make you hyper that is just a rumour, stop thinking you are hyper and that you can't get to sleep and you will fall asleep. Don't think about trying to sleep either it will come eventually. Niight night!
Grab a glass of milk, then pour a spoonful of honey into it. Heat it in the microwave for ~30 seconds. If it's not warm enough, keep it in the microwave for longer.
