Have you tried viewing the video at the same size (resolution) of Minecraft at the time of the recording?

Fraps can just record at the resolution you're playing on, if you want to record at a different resolution that you play on, I'd recommend buying dxtory.

Fraping is hard to get the hang of...

If you have it set to "Half-Size" then yes it's going to be terrible

However, Half-Size is good when you record at 1080p + but at 720p just set it at Full-Size if not already.

You could just use OBS to record.

I've tried but that doesnt work either and my 64 bit obs keeps crashing so i have to use 32 bit smh

Have you tried xSplit Gamecaster? I prefer that over OBS because OBS usually lags my game.
