Avicus - Changes and Continuities Over Time

Because it's important.
So very simple question. Over the past 1 year on Avicus, what has changed, and what has stayed the same? Just name some things, how they happened, what they caused (or didn't), what failed, what succeeded, why these things happened.
(This post will likely be ignored but it's more important than you think)
- Social Media Team formed - Translation project has slowed - Builders have been readded - Head map developer changes (Fouled, Seth, Distraction) now lead - New tournaments - XML has been tremendously revitalized - Throwback has been removed - We now have a Discord server - Tons of new staff - Prestiges have been readded
I have recently been put in charge of the social media team where we have gone from no leadership to a point by point plan to revive the team and add new features so we are able to market the server better and hopefully in the new feature focus on bringing player counts up.
good: no more throwback new maps i guess CTF, KoTH & DTC nexus re added sg removed voting added quintus was removed for a little bit
bad: terrible new maps staff are still useless walluar CTW rot removed CTH removed Walls removed new nexus kits are shit we still have fking useless credits and crates still typically only ever one rot on at a time the new prestiges are shit compared to the old ones re adding 1.7 "fixing rotations"
