HTML for 'About' section

Hey! I see many people on forums that has awesome html's on their about section. I wanna make a basic one but I don't know how to. Can anyone basically explain me how to make one?
If you inspect the element of their page (right click: inspect element), you can see their coding, and then slightly tune it to your desires, that's what I do

Just right click the about section and a inspect element should pop up... But it also kinda depends on what browser you're using. I know chrome has it and safari
