Two years ago a player on an other server asked me to play walls with him and he messaged me the IP then that's how I found it ...

Answer: It may be created already, I honestly don't know but anyway the first person I remember killing on Avicus was my friend named CompoBlue. I found this server through him and loved to try to kill him.
