The FitnessGram™ Pacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start. The running speed starts slowly, but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal. [beep] A single lap should be completed each time you hear this sound. [ding] Remember to run in a straight line, and run as long as possible. The second time you fail to complete a lap before the sound, your test is over. The test will begin on the word start. On your mark, get ready, start.
So you're saying that the FitnessGram™ Pacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test? I don't believe you, and I especially don't believe that it gets more difficult as it continues. And the 20 meter pacer test definitely won't begin in 30 seconds, that is impossible, and so is lining up at the start. Also, it is a lie that the running speed starts slowly but gets faster each minute after you hear the beep. Furthermore, a single lap should not be completed each time you hear the ding. It is also impossible to run in a straight line, and for people to run as long as possible. It is unfair that the second time you fail to complete a lap before the sound that your test is over. The test will not begin on the word start, because this test is fake.
Idk if ur joking or not but this is an actual thing in Australia for sport training and school fitness test.
I got to stage 8 part 4 in the beep test

We know what it is, if you actually read the comments on this thread you'd know that we're talking about it.
There are two ways to ruin a meme.
Respond to it seriously, or overplay it so much that the joke becomes so over saturated that it's not 'fun' anymore.
It's different in Australia in America. I don't know how they do it in Australia, but in Ameroca, we run back in forth and every time we get to the end on time, we get 1 point. I heard in Australia you use decimals or something I dunno lol.

Bloody Australians. It's a good thing I'm from New Zealand.
In America you run back and forth as many times as possible.
In my school its the same, like 20 meters and you need to run at the start slowly before it does beep, 1 minute = 1 point out 10, i did 7
