What is this bar called

And how do i change how it looks, lets say to a pokemon theme.

Themes. and you go to the chrome web store and type them in.

Idk what "that bar" is called but I do know that you can change how it looks by going to the chrome store

The "bar" is called the omnibox on Chrome ;)

After all this help I IMMEDIATELY got it. 
Now I have a Fluttershy computer background
A rainbowdash  New-Tab screen
And a Fluttershy cursor.
Its all so.....ponified. Its wonderful.
