/Toggle Blood does not work.

I've already been told by a staff member that it's already been tried to be fixed 2 times, but none were successful.

If it's THAT hard to fix, then please remove it. I do not like it, and frankly it shits on my fps.

Or... you can wait 'till they fix? Seems like an unnecessary thing to get rid of when others like it and a /toggle feature exists but it needs to be fixed.
