Interesting! : ) btw, SLICORN and Cinna, you guys are pretty popular IMO. Slicorn i see you on the server a lot, cinna, i see you on the forums a lot! : )
Well, I don't know how popular I am because I'm don't know what the community thinks of me. However, being an old MC Zone player and forumer helped a lot. Then getting Jr. Mod back in November, and then getting promoted to Mod a few weeks later. I'm also pretty active.
I wouldn't say im popular, but im well known. Team speak helps a lot to meet new poeple, so does the forums. I met a lot of people (liek the teamspeak crew) on teamspeak. Again i wouldnt say im popular, I would just say i know a lot of people and they know me
So u want to be "popular"? For me the popularist (if that word exist) doesn't exist. Is just an invention of the humanity to make people better than others. This can be seen, for example, on Ranks. If a player got a thing that says he did something more important (like donating) to the server he gets more attentions and then become "popular". For me, everyone is popular only because we are humans ='3
Now, going more on topic: You don't need to be "popular" if you are already =3 You are very "popular" on forums!
I was one of the first people on the Avicus forums back in November, plus the fact I was number 1 (now 2) on the all time kills leader boards for about 2 months.
I got noticed for a while, then after that people didn't really care.
Well, I made a Nexus map that's in the rots I'm active on the forums I'm a staff member. I have a YouTube channel (Not anything big really, I only have 130 subs and I rarely see people recognize me because of it).
I don't think that I'm really popular though, just well known.
Well, since i started playing avicus frequently, people are saying hi to me usually and some of them are just random players that i didn't know for some reasons. That's how it is
- I used to be staff - I was one of the few female moderators, in my time (When I first became mod, there was only 3-4) - My name causes confusion^ - For a short amount of time, I had dealt the most punishments (or maybe second most, not 100% sure), out of the entire staff team (that was still around). I slowly got burnt out, thus I slowed down, lost that position, and eventually left. (Some of you may remember back when I filled up 2-3 pages of kicks in my first few hours.. in it's time, it was legendary.. Kinda). -Being a major Mod Tryhard, on several different networks. - I helped create a couple threads (2-3), that caused a lot of controversy.
I can't say that I am the most popular, but I do get a hello on every Nebula match I go on. xD

Go on TeamSpeak. Also, when I wasn't very popular or well known, I would say hi to all the popular people, play with them a lot in game. That's how I got well known.
Being active on forums is a huge plus to anyone. Also so is being on TS (I'm not active just because of my bad microphone.) Of course you have to play a lot Leaderboard rankings and YouTubing helps, too.
I'm not ;-; I was probably more well known a few months ago when I was active on the forums and in game. If I had to go with something I was maybe known on walls? because it was my life for months :P
I don't know if im popular or not on avicus i do have alot of friends thought but i am hated every once and a while sooo ya. I used to play mczone and truthfully I don't remember anyone saying hi to me ingame :(. Alot has changed though and im happy to be having such great friends. :D
Meh, I stopped posting on the forums less after Avicore came out, so I'm not really popular anymore, but I think I used to be :3 I just tried my best to be nice and I posted a lot of ideas on the forums :D
