Pep will go to City and fire half the team.
Chelsea might pull their heads out of their asses.
Arsenal will probably buy 10 more midfielders and won't change at all.
Man United will probably bring in more Gods who will just get injured for another season.
Also chances are Vardy and Mahrez are as good as gone after this season. Probably about 10 other clubs want to pick them up.

Considering what you just said I don't think Leicester will go down in form. BUT, if everyone else improves, especially United, then they might stay at top 4 probably below the usual depending on transfer outcomes and manager changes and etc etc.
