Ok first of all the EULA says that owners cannot make a profit off a server. Not that money cannot be donated to keep the server running. This rule that mojang put in place has been there for OVER a year and have you seen any change?
This EULA business will not affect avicus but it may affect huge profit making servers like Mineplex and hypixel. Now stop worrying please :)

Actually there's simply been no change because they haven't been enforcing it. If they do start enforcing it (which was what all the panic was about), Avicus will have to worry.
