If it doesn't, you should check your payment and make sure you entered the correct username. Then contact Optifine with your issue. There isn't really much we can do here to help you with this issue.
nvm, got it :D figured out it needed to be activated, it wasn't taking my password for some reason, reset my password and activated it :D will keep this up for anyone who had the same problem ;3
