are own coded Client's Allowed to use (Not hacks) just a Coded Client with installed Mods (Optifine | Shaders | Labby mod) Etc NO YES

Some, not all. Optifine and shaders are allowed, I think Laby mod is allowed

Laby mod with higher version that 2.6 is allowed I believe
