Time zone help

How do I change my time zone on the forums? I'll see topics that say 'created 2 hours ago'. Two hours ago my time would be 7:05pm, but the forum says it was created at 8:05pm. I would appreciate some help to fix this

I think it's just the time for that person, I'm not sure though.
