How do i get drop box to work

I just got dropbox and put in a file, it updated and is on the site now, but i cant figure out how to give someone the link to the download of the file(PermaFrost 1.0)...Pleas ehelp
sign up for media fire. its much easier to use. mediafire.com if you need it.
