some questions about recording

so I want to make funny clips and stuff with hackers, and probs lots more bUt I have some questions:
(Note im on a Mac)
what is a good recording software for someone who has at most 100 fps and average 45-70(when playing bedwars)
i have tried OBS, but I couldn't get it to record minecraft
what is a good editing software?
and how do I make the music so I won't get copyright claimed and banned from YouTube or something.?
how do I record the voices with the software

I used OBS and Action which on my old pc I had around 200 fps recording

Quick Time Player
Get Final Cut Pro Trial and change ur calendar so the trial is good forever
Look up "Uncopyrighted music" on youtube, you will find lots
Literally record two seperate things at once, and combine them in the editing software

Try screenflow 6 to record. And Final Cut Pro X to edit. And compressor to render. I'm using these and quality is awesome. Screenflow almost makes u lose no fps. You can get these easily and free over uTorrent. Try to find a link in YouTube for screenflow. And compressor and final cut are on uTorrent sites.
