There's a pretty easy program called skincraft. Its on Newgrounds.com (My childhood :P)

Newgrounds is a website that has a lot of stuff that you'll find that you will need and watch :P

No, but there is an added layer for the skins. 

As seen in the screen shots, these are showing off the "hat" layer for the arms, legs, and body.

Yeah, notice how on my skin shot the gray armored parts looks like it overlapping the layer below it?

No, the arms and legs arent symmetrical anymore. It used to be, you put something on one arm, it shows up on the other, but they changed that
