Hello everyone, I was just wondering if any of you are good at making YouTube channel icons!

I've had my icon for quite a while now, so I was thinking of replacing it.
It looks like this right now: https://www.youtube.com/user/mlgporky

What I would like it to look like:
Those are the basics of what I would like my icon to look like. If any of you are good at creating icons, your help would be appreciated, and I will give your channel a shoutout (if you do not have a YouTube channel, I will still mention your Minecraft IGN if you wish).
