The excessive infractions is a punishment placed when you reach the 10+ infractions, 15 = 1month , 18+ Perma ban.

A ban for "Excessive infractions" means that you collected many infractions in the last month and you should get a "reminder" that you should change your behavior.
As I said, we only count the infractions you got in the last 8 months. The length of the ban depends on how many infractions you already have. If you have 10 or more, you'll get tempbanned for 30 days. If you have 20 or more, you'll get banned forever. But you have to have get tempbanned before getting banned forever.
BUT if it's NOT in the last 8 months you are fine. Just if its in the 8 months, the consequences that resepignev stated above will happen. And be careful, an infraction can be from rudeness to combat logging to hacking.
