The Macro/Keybind mod allows you to create macro commands in Minecraft, Say you wanted /ban (insertname) togglesneak 5days you could edit in the macro then put the name in. 
Im not sure if there's a way to macro a random players name though.

Trust me, It's not that difficult(That's what he's pretty much saying lol)

@Gesmon: A keybind mod is quite hard to code, trust me, you're talking with a +3 year experienced programmer(I just said it like it's the best thing lol)

I just want to create some sort of wands or stuff like that, it's for a 1.7.10 private server
