Ok, If someone has 19 infractions (Banned for excessive rudeness/infractions) and they wait 5 months with no ban evasions should they be unbanned with a really good appeal?

I'm pretty sure they will be unbanned, all it has to be is good behavior and you need to understand what you did wrong when coming back.

What are evasions?
Dodging/avoiding a ban by using a different Minecraft account to play on the server.
