Optifine Cape Help!!!

So recently someone sent me an OF cape. I just got back from vacation today and I try to log into optifine's website but it keeps telling me invalid username or password.
If you got to namemc you can see I have a cape so it's definitely there. I've changed my password 4 times and it still hasn't worked. Any suggestions?
Yes. When I go to optifine.net it rejects my mc email and password.
You'll have to login with the original account the optifine cape was on. When the cape is sent to a different account, it doesn't get sent to that account's login details. Well, at least that's what it does for me.

My friend sent me a cape, and it works under my alt's username and password (not originally the account it was brought on)
check if you're logging in under the "Login" tab because you're supposed to be logging in under the "Cape" tab if you are logging in to the right thing then change your account password and try again
